Processing for orders starts right after the payment verified. Every product is 1:1 custom produced (on-demand produced).

Processing time typically takes 3-7 business day. We will notify you when the shipping starts.

Payment only by PayPal money transfer. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. All sales are final.

International orders are shipped by Kpacket

Shipping fees can vary depending on the country/ weigh of the product. After checking your order form, we will present the specific shipping price options by email.

After the processing, delivery time takes 10-15 business days internationally. However, delays can occur in transit or holds at the local customs office for an order to be delivered.

Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from EMS or any other shipping company to the local carrier

in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited South Korea.

PLEASE NOTE: we will not replace packages that are lost or stolen during shipment. We will not be responsible for lost or stolen shipments to a non-current address.

If we are not notified of an address chance before the shipment of your order, refunds or replacements for a lost or stolen package will bot be accepted.
